When Alan and Kathy returned from their 5 weeks in the southern hemisphere, they discovered first that I had grown, and second that Miss Kitty and I had developed a relationship. I could bite that head off if I wanted, but really I rather like the little pussy. |

Later in
August, after the summer of growth when I had crossed 85 lbs on the way up,
I was asked to pose with Alan for his Southeast Faculty Spotlight article.
Being the cute and cuddly rascal that I am, of course I agreed. You can see

Luckily, while they were gone, Alan didn't forget how to play ball. That bandana, incidentally, is what they brought back for me from Australia; it's "The Southern Cross". |

November 10th 2004 - I'm one year old and have just crossed 90lbs - on the way up! They forgot to take photos of my birthday party. |

Sometimes, all you can do with a good toy is sleep on it. By December I was well over a year - and beyond these childish toys - sort of. |
